How we hold what you send us
Page Anchorpoint is the data controller for personal information gathered through this website and during depot visits. We are a small practice, not a group of companies.

What we collect
From the enquiry form: name, email, chosen board or visit, depot town or postcode, preferred date, and the message. From email and telephone: the same kinds of detail, plus anything you attach (running sheets may include staff names; we ask you to send operational copies, not personnel files). During a visit we may write first names of supervisors who brief us, only as needed to complete the board.
We do not ask for dates of birth, medical details, or payment card numbers on this site.
Why we hold it
To answer an enquiry, to plan a visit, to produce a board or pack, to invoice, and to keep a modest record if a refund or amendment is later discussed. The legal bases we rely on are steps before a contract, performance of that contract, and legitimate interests in running a small professional practice and keeping evidence of the work.
Retention
Unsuccessful enquiries are deleted after eighteen months. Paid bookings are kept for six years after the final invoice, which matches ordinary UK accounting practice. Visit notebooks that contain only operational fleet numbers may be kept with the job file for the same period.
Rights
You may ask for a copy of personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, object to some legitimate-interest use, or ask for erasure where the law allows. Write to hello@page-anchorpoint.click. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office in the United Kingdom.
International transfers
We use email and ordinary office software. If a supplier stores mail outside the United Kingdom, we will only do so with a mechanism recognised under UK data protection law. Depot records you post to Alston stay in the United Kingdom unless you asked us to send a copy to an address you name.
Sharing
We do not sell lists. We may share details with a printer or courier solely to produce or deliver a board, and with an accountant or insurer if a claim or return requires it. We will share if the law requires it.
