Terms

Terms of engagement

These terms apply when you ask Page Anchorpoint to visit a depot, draw a board, or collate a pack. They are written for that work, not for a shop or a software licence.

Agreement

When we accept an enquiry in writing (including email) and you confirm a visit date or a pack period, these terms apply together with the estimate we sent. If anything in the estimate conflicts with this page, the estimate wins for that booking.

The work

We supply professional services: depot visits, utilisation and maintenance boards, inspection window boards, workshop bay load reviews, spare cover packs, and morning briefing packs, as described on this site and in the estimate. We do not sell vehicle parts, driver hours software, or a continuing hosted product.

Your records

You remain responsible for the accuracy of running sheets, vehicle cards, VOR lists, and job cards you give us. We will not invent missing due dates. If records are incomplete, the board or pack will show gaps.

Site rules

On a depot visit you provide induction, high-visibility clothing if required by your yard rules, and access agreed in advance. We follow your health and safety instructions. We do not enter pits, climb vehicles, or work as fitters.

Intellectual property

Board artwork and pack layouts we create remain our copyright until the invoice for that item is paid in full. After payment, you may reproduce the board and pack for your own depots named in the estimate. You may not resell the layout to another operator or present it as your own design for hire.

Liability

We are not your maintenance contractor, transport manager, or legal adviser. Nothing we produce is a substitute for your operator licence duties, DVSA expectations, or manufacturer inspection intervals. Our liability for a booking is limited to the fees paid for that booking, except where the law of the United Kingdom does not allow a limit (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, and fraud).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if your depot is in Scotland we will not object to proceedings in the Scottish courts on that booking.

Changes

We may update this page for future bookings. A booking already confirmed keeps the version in force on the confirmation date.
