Board or pack

Morning briefing pack

A printed weekly pack the duty supervisor can hold in the yard: runs, VOR, inspection due, and spare cover on four sheets.

Who it is for

Depots where the wall board is useful but night supervisors still need something that fits in a clipboard on the apron.

What you should be able to do afterwards

The same facts as the wall board, sized for a clipboard and dated for the week ahead.

Scope

Weekly print masters for one depot, using the headings already agreed on your utilisation or inspection board.

Included

  • Four-sheet master designed to photocopy or print on depot printers
  • A filled example week from your records
  • Notes on who updates which sheet at close of play

Not included

  • Daily printing on our side after handover
  • Laminated wall boards (those sit under the utilisation offer)

Who attends

Priya Nair, after a board exists or as a companion to a new one.

How the work runs

  1. Agree sheet order with the duty supervisor.
  2. Set type and margins for the printer you actually have.
  3. Handover with one observed briefing if we are already on site.

Time

One week after headings are agreed.

Where

PDF masters by email; printed sample pad by post.

What to prepare

Measure the clipboard and name the printer in the office.

Limits we will not paper over

A4 only unless you have a plotter. We will not design a pack that only looks right on a large screen.

Fees

£380 when commissioned with a board; £640 stand-alone.

Next step

Send a photo of the clipboard and last week’s handwritten notes.
